Chetan Patel, NP-C earned his Family Nurse Practitioner Degree and Masters of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain School of Nursing, Addison, IL. He is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. He also earned his Master of Science in Nursing specialized in Medical Informatics from University of Phoenix, Phoenix, AZ. He continues to maintain his BLS and CPR certifications. His nursing background includes 10 years of experience in ICU, Telemetry, and IT Clinical Analysts.
Chetan focused primarily on intensive medicine and brings with him to this practice the knowledge he obtained while providing acute bedside nursing care to his patients. He provides primary care to both children and adults with chronic care management for hypertension, heart disease, asthma, COPD, diabetes, urinary symptoms, minor procedures/emergencies, school/sports physicals, and much more.
Our medical assistants and staff have been with the practice for over 10 years combined. They are a great asset to the clinic in their efficiency of work, assisting the providers and putting the patients first. Sometimes when you're sick, even just a smile makes you feel better, our provider and medical assistants have plenty of smiles to go around!
